1. Acceptance and authority
By using Temric or creating or using a workspace, you accept these terms. If acting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to provide its information, use its workspace, choose a plan and arrange payment.
2. Domain roles
temric.com provides public marketing, pricing, security, legal and sales information. app.temric.com is the separate authenticated product workspace for verified users. Internal payroll APIs are not exposed through the public marketing host.
3. Self-service preview workspace
A verified identity may create one Zimbabwe company owner workspace and use a clearly marked preview for up to two active employees before payment. Preview calculations and payslips are drafts and are not for payment or statutory filing. Duplicate, abusive or unauthorised workspaces may be suspended.
4. Paid plans
Starter is US$20 per month for up to 100 employees, Growth is US$35 per month for up to 200 employees, Business is US$52 per month for up to 300 employees and Enterprise is custom. Taxes, optional implementation and Enterprise scope may be additional. Prospective price changes do not rewrite a period already paid.
5. Payment availability and activation
A payment method is available only when Temric presents it through an authorised workspace or written onboarding channel. Where card checkout is enabled, access activates only after server-side payment confirmation. Where Bank Transfer or EcoCash is enabled, Temric issues a unique reference and instructions; uploading a reference or proof does not itself confirm payment or activate access. Do not send funds to details obtained from an unofficial source and do not submit employee information in payment proof.
6. Renewal, cancellation and non-payment
Where a card subscription is enabled, it renews according to the checkout terms until cancelled. The available billing-management path controls future renewal; cancellation does not normally refund an already started period unless required by law or expressly agreed. Where manual-payment access is enabled, it is limited to the verified paid period and requires another verified payment to continue. Failed, reversed, overdue or disputed payment may make paid functions read-only or unavailable while preserving governed records.
7. Payroll responsibility
Temric supports structured preparation and review but does not provide legal, tax or employment advice and does not guarantee compliance. Employers remain responsible for current PAYE, NSSA, NEC, employment, filing and payment obligations. Temric is not endorsed by ZIMRA, NSSA or any National Employment Council.
8. Acceptable use and employee data
You must use accurate authority, protect credentials, limit access and avoid unlawful, abusive or disruptive activity. Employee data may be entered only inside an authorised workspace for legitimate employer payroll purposes, not in public sales or payment-notification fields.
9. Availability and changes
Functions may change as Temric develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every described feature or payment method is active for every organisation or plan. Verified public workspace creation is enabled under the service controls. Live payroll posting, UAT posting and Zambia payroll remain disabled.
10. Liability and governing arrangements
To the extent permitted by law, Temric is provided without unsupported guarantees and Tenderra is not responsible for decisions made from unverified settings or evaluation output. Applicable liability limits, governing law, dispute handling, service levels and data-processing roles may be specified in a signed customer agreement.
11. Contact
Use the Temric business contact form without employee data.
