1. Scope and operator
Temric is operated by Tenderra Pty Ltd, Australia. This policy covers temric.com, the authenticated workspace at app.temric.com, business enquiries and the payment information Temric may need to activate or administer workspace access.
2. Information we collect
Public website and sales enquiries
We may collect company and business-contact details, approximate employee range, current payroll method, preferred plan, the described business problem, consent record and limited technical information used for security, origin checks, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Authenticated workspace
When a verified representative creates or uses a workspace, we process verified identity claims, company details, plan and access state. If the business enters employee information, Temric processes that information on the employer’s instructions and subject to workspace access controls.
Payments where enabled
Where card payment is configured and offered, card details are entered into the payment provider’s hosted checkout and are not collected by the public marketing site. Temric receives payment and subscription identifiers and status. Where Bank Transfer or EcoCash is enabled, Temric may collect a transaction reference or privately stored proof of payment for manual verification. Do not include employee data in payment proof.
Purchase measurement where enabled
After our payment provider confirms a new paid card subscription, Temric may send Meta the event time, selected plan, US-dollar amount, Temric payment reference and a SHA-256 hash of the purchasing business contact’s normalised email address. The hash is used for advertising attribution and is treated by Temric as personal information; it is not employee payroll data and is not described as anonymous. Temric does not send Meta card details, employee data, payroll records, payslips, statutory identifiers or payroll calculations. This server-side measurement can be disabled without affecting the customer’s subscription or payroll workspace.
3. Why we use information
- to create and administer verified company workspaces;
- to provide preview and paid product functions;
- to process, verify and reconcile enabled payments;
- to measure Temric advertising effectiveness where purchase measurement is enabled;
- to respond to genuine sales and support enquiries;
- to prevent abuse and investigate security events;
- to meet applicable legal, accounting and dispute obligations; and
- to improve the service using appropriately aggregated or de-identified information.
We do not sell employee data or use employee payroll information for unrelated marketing.
4. Employer responsibilities
The business must have authority to request and use its workspace, enter employee information, give any required notices, restrict access to authorised personnel and independently confirm the statutory settings it instructs Temric to use.
5. Service providers and cross-border processing
We use controlled infrastructure, identity, transactional-email and, where enabled, payment and advertising-measurement providers to operate Temric. Information may be processed in countries different from the user’s location, subject to contractual, technical and access safeguards appropriate to the service.
6. Security
Measures include encrypted sensitive fields, verified identity, company-scoped authorisation, restricted public API routing, audit history, submission controls, signed payment webhooks where card payments are enabled and private handling of payment proof where manual payments are enabled. No internet service can promise absolute security.
7. Retention
Sales enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months from the latest meaningful contact. Payment, subscription, security and payroll records follow the Data Retention and Deactivation Policy and applicable obligations.
8. Access, correction and deletion
Use the Temric contact form and write “Privacy request” at the start of the description, or reply to authorised Temric correspondence. We verify the requester and apply lawful retention exceptions. Employees should normally direct payroll-record requests to their employer.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. For a privacy question, use the business contact form without employee data.
